Therefore, we guarantee your security and confidential treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the EUROPEAN REGULATION OF DATA PROTECTION (EU) 679/2016, as well as any other regulations that may be applicable.

For what purposes do we use your personal information?

In MEDIA MOTIVE, S.L.U. We use your data to the extent permitted by the RGPD, as well as by current regulations that apply. In any case, the treatment will be done for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and in no case will they be treated in an incompatible manner for said purposes. More specifically, the following use will be carried out:

• Answer your questions, requests or petitions.
• Manage the contractual relationship and the provision of consulting services requested by the client.
• Manage your phone calls.
• Issue receipts for the services rendered in favor of the client.
• For the correct performance of the service requested, the personal data of the client necessary to monitor their evolution during the provision of the service will be treated.
• Carry out all the administrative, fiscal and accounting procedures necessary to comply with our contractual commitments and fiscal and accounting obligations.
• Compliance with our legal obligations.
• Analyze and improve our services and communications with you.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with our policies and regulations.
• Manage sending of information and commercial prospecting by any means in case of explicit consent.
• For the processing of raffles, contests and prizes made through our collaborators and web pages.
• Offer and process the offers of consumer bonds.

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

The legitimacy of the processing of personal data that we carry out is done at all times in compliance with the provisions of Article 6 of the RGPD, specifically the legal basis for the treatments are the following:

• Article 6.1.b) RGPD, the necessary treatment for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the latter's request of pre-contractual measures.
• Article 6.1.c) RGPD, the necessary treatment for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.
• Article 6.1.f) RGPD, the treatment is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests of MEDIA MOTIVE, S.L.U. or by third parties with indication of those legitimate interests.

In cases in which the legitimation for the main purpose of the use of data is not found in any of the previous legal bases, the consent of the interested party will be requested for the treatment.

How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the service or while the interested party does not withdraw their consent. Subsequently, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies their blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and Courts, Ombudsman, Public Prosecutor or the competent Public Administrations during the term of prescription of the actions that could derive and, after this, will proceed to its complete elimination.

The data of the recordings coming from the telephone consultations will be canceled after a maximum of 3 years.

With whom do we share your data?

We inform you that the data provided will be communicated to the different suppliers of products and services that are necessary for the execution of the requested treatment.

Our suppliers are obliged to use the data provided only and exclusively for the fulfillment of the requested service.

• The Public Administrations in the cases foreseen by the Law.
• The State Security Forces and Bodies.

• The public registers of patrimonial solvency and to the systems of prevention against the fraud.
• With collaborators, with the consent of the interested party.
• Rest of companies in the sector, necessary and essential to be able to offer you correctly and satisfactorily the service requested by you.
